As a direct sales agent, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maximising customer satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in building customer relationships and promoting our products and services. Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with customers, assessing their needs and providing appropriate product recommendations.
Achieve monthly sales targets by actively engaging with customers and effectively promoting our products and services.
Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting the features and benefits to customers.
Follow up with customers after the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
Continuously update product knowledge to stay informed about new features and improvements.
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and provide support to achieve overall sales objectives.
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
Required
NQF 4 equivalent, matric certificate or higher.
Candidate must be eligible to work in South Africa.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Self-motivated and proactive attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
