Job Title: Direct Marketing ConsultantLocation: Port Elizabeth / Uitenhage, Eastern Cape, South AfricaResponsibilities:Develop and execute direct marketing campaigns to effectively promote products and services.Identify and engage with potential customers through various direct marketing channels, including face-to-face interactions, telemarketing, and email campaigns.Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional emails.Track, analyze, and report on the performance of direct marketing campaigns to measure success and identify areas for improvement.Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales objectives.Participate in and organize direct marketing events and promotions to generate leads and increase brand awareness.Provide excellent customer service, follow up with leads, and ensure customer satisfaction.Requirements:High school Certificate (Passed) or equivalent.No experince.SA Citizenship ID/ Passport .Work Permit if you do not have a South African ID .Strong understanding of direct marketing principles and techniques.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, Online analytics).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.Join our team at MJZ Direct Marketing and make a significant impact on our direct marketing initiatives.
