Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with customers. Document customer interactions and transactions in the company database. Collaborate with team members to hit sales targets. Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies. Hit monthly

sales

targets.

Requirements:



Passed Matric or NQF equivalent. Excellent verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. * No prior experience required; training will be provided.
