What you will own:

• Digital Strategy: Shape and steer a company-wide roadmap that fuses tech innovation with business purpose.
• Culture Shift: Champion a digitally-enabled mindset across the business - because transformation is about people, not just platforms.
• Project Delivery: Lead high-impact, agile projects from ideation to implementation.
• Customer-Centricity: Ensure every solution enhances our customers' experience - because they're always at the centre.
• Team Leadership: Inspire, guide, and grow your team to deliver work that's fast, collaborative, and game-changing.
• Change Management & Training: Equip the organisation to embrace digital tools and thrive in transformation.
• Vendor Partnerships: Collaborate with our Procurement team to bring in the best tech at the best value.

What you will bring:

• 2+ years in a digital transformation or similar role, with a proven track record of leading scalable change.
• A Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, applying Agile, SCRUM, or similar methodologies.
• Stellar communication skills, commercial acumen, and a collaborative mindset.
• A strong grasp of emerging tech trends and how to apply them for real-world value.
• Bonus: Relationships with key vendors or SaaS suppliers.
