MINIMUM SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED



Grade 12 or equivalent. National Diploma (in Training & Development or equivalent) Bachelor's degree will be advantageous Certified competent Facilitator/Assessor/Moderator will be advantageous. Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar position related to training and/or technical environment Ability to communicate in English (verbally and in writing). Previous working experience in Digital and DTC would be advantageous. Manufacturing technical experience. Agile working model experience. Knowledge of current industry trends, advancements, and best practices in the promotional printing industry. MS Office (Excel, Power point, Word etc). Must have own car Ability to work split shift( 11h00 to 23h00)

Share technical knowledge and expertise through training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching. Achieve an average trainee satisfaction score of 85% or above on post-training evaluations Demonstrate accuracy and depth of technical knowledge during training (as measured through assessments and manager observation). Lead and motivate the departmental team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Evidence of fostering a positive learning environment (feedback, participation levels). Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall quality standards in the department. Reduction in recurring quality issues through training interventions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Attend and actively participate in scheduled cross-functional meetings Provide training-related input for cross-functional improvement plans. Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with standards and procedures
