We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Digital Product Strategy & Delivery Lead to drive the successful design, development, and deployment of high-impact digital platforms that solve real customer problems and deliver tangible business value. You will bridge the gap between strategy and execution--translating business goals into implementable plans, aligning multidisciplinary teams, and managing key stakeholders to ensure shared vision and outcomes.

Experience Required

6+ years in product leadership, digital strategy, or platform delivery roles.

Proven experience leading end-to-end development of digital platforms, preferably in emerging or underserved markets.

Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to turn complex objectives into actionable roadmaps.

Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.

Demonstrated success leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Deep understanding of Agile, Lean Startup, and customer-centric product development approaches.

Experience with community-driven platforms or financial inclusion tools is a strong advantage.
