The Digital Partnership & Development Lead is responsible for expanding and optimising ooba's digital lead generation footprint by acquiring, developing, and managing strategic digital partnerships. These may include real estate portals and corporate partners, particularly where ooba can position its customer value proposition through presence on employee portal sites. These placements are designed to generate direct leads into either our Contact Centre (CSC) or physical distribution channel, depending on the employee or home buyer's preference. The goal is to activate interest and convert leads into the home loan sales funnel. The role blends business development, product insight, and commercial accountability to drive top-of-funnel growth and improved customer acquisition across ooba's digital and physical ecosystems.
