DESCRIPTION/SYNOPSYS:

A US based digital media marketing agency specializing in real estate marketing is on the lookout for a dynamic Digital Media Specialist, Copywriter and Campaign Manager, who will join on a project based/retainer basis.

Founded by a husband and wife duo with diverse backgrounds in marketing, sales, videography, and journalism are looking to scale their small business and hopefully make you a permanent member of their growing team.

If you enjoy creating organic content, digital media ads, and savvy email/text drip/follow up campaigns and generally strive to over-deliver to clients, this could be your next big opportunity.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
*Strong communication skills and a good command of English
*Copywriting and the ability to craft Adverts, Email/text drip campaigns, Social media posts and Blogs
*Experience running Facebook, Instagram, Google and YouTube Ads with on-going real-time optimization.
*Experience making ad creatives
*Understanding of Google Analytics, Tag Manager and other tracking pixels
*Ability to work US hours (when needed) (clients are based in the US, EST). Most meetings take place before 2:00pm EST (Eastern Standard Time)
*Some experience in Property or real estate digital marketing would be a great advantage.
*Case studies from previous work, including ROAS.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Copywriting for: Ads, Email/text drip campaigns, Social media posts and Blogs
*Setting up, running, and managing campaigns on various digital platforms
*Structuring campaigns to optimize performance for each platforms ad auction algorithm
*Managing ongoing real-time optimization of live ads to ensure client goals are met and even exceeded.
*Regularly working to improve campaign performance through regular split testing of copy, creatives, and targeting.
*Communicating performance analysis and recommendations to clients and colleagues.
*Analyzing and resolving diverse and complex issues based on in-depth knowledge of paid social platforms
*Developing, delivering, and presenting client reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.

SOFTSKILLS/ADDITIONAL INFO
*Passion for online marketing and digital strategies
*Knowledge of platforms: GoHighLevel, Canva, Asana, Slack, Loom
*Data-driven mindset
*Awareness of new techniques and technologies
*Real estate experience or understanding of property marketing
