Minimum Requirements:
2 + years experience in digital marketing, particularly within the e-commerce industry
Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in marketing or a related field
Demonstrable experience leading and managing various digital marketing channels
Highly creative with the ability to identify target audiences and devise engaging campaigns
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and experience in campaign optimization
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Excellent communication and leadership skills

Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
Utilize website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, and WebTrends to track and optimize campaign performance
Set up and optimize Google AdWords campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
Utilize strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to make strategic recommendations and decisions
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives
Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and ROI
