This exciting opportunity is responsible for the implementation, tracking, and optimization of marketing campaigns across all digital channels as well as managing & enhancing all digital platforms including the website. You will be assisting the team with the digital footprint of the brand using creative and strategic thinking skills.
Key Responsibilities
Coordination & product uploads on e-commerce sites for multiple brands.
Management of the website & production timelines & everything involved with managing the website
Design & implement SMS & Email and paid media campaigns.
Execute, Implement, and track all digital marketing campaigns and/or briefs.
Communicate with Landlords on behalf of brands for monthly campaigns, artwork and marketing opportunities.
Track, analyse and report marketing campaigns performance on regular bases.
Ensure the front-facing loyalty program website is always up to date.
Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in a related Marketing or Digital diploma/degree
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar field of overall digital marketing coordination
Working knowledge & experience of Search Ads, Display, Meta & Instagram Ads, Email & Analytics is a prerequisite.
Previously Managing a website/product uploads & timelines (Shopify advantageous)
Paid media (Meta, Google, Tiktok) - understanding of different channels, paid media channel data reading, ad specs, objectives, etc
Understanding Google Analytics 4 - key metrics, tracking
Direct Marketing co-ordination (SMS, Email, UTM Tracking)
Working with agencies & managing timelines
* Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
