Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing & Content Manager to drive our brand presence in the 4x4 and automotive accessories market. This role focuses on creating authentic, real-world content around our products, managing our digital platforms, and supporting marketing events such as shows, vehicle builds, and product launches.
The ideal candidate has a passion for 4x4 vehicles and automotive accessories, enjoys working with physical products, and is comfortable shooting content in workshops, on vehicles, and in outdoor environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing & Online Platforms
Manage and update the company website, including product pages, imagery, and content
Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
Maintain a consistent brand voice aligned with the 4x4 lifestyle and target market
Track engagement and performance and adjust content strategy accordingly
2. Product & Vehicle Content Creation
Plan and shoot photo and video content of:
4x4 accessories and products
Vehicle installations and fitments
Show vehicles and customer builds
Capture real-world product use in workshop, trail, and event environments
Edit and prepare content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns
Assist with basic scripting or shot planning for product and build videos
3. Marketing Campaigns & Events
Plan and coordinate marketing activities around:
4x4 expos and shows
Product launches
Brand activations and promotions
Support vehicle builds and ensure content is captured throughout the build process
Coordinate logistics, timelines, and marketing deliverables for events
4. Marketing Materials & Brand Assets
Create or manage the creation of marketing materials including:
Product catalogues
Flyers and brochures
Banners, flags, and signage for events
Dealer and reseller marketing packs
Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, on-brand, and up to date
Liaise with designers, printers, and suppliers when required
5. Brand Support & Internal Collaboration
Work closely with sales and fitment teams to understand products and customer needs
Support sales with marketing tools, imagery, and product information
Maintain a marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are met
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints
