TYPE: Full -Time,6 -12 months

LOCATION: Cape Town, South Africa preferred | Remote work possible | Global applicants welcome

Salary: R60 000 - R80 000 | EUR3 150 - EUR4 200 per month

START DATE: March or latest 1 April 2026

JOB SCOPE

We're looking for a

Digital Innovation Manager

to help architect the future of

AMANDLA

and

Safe-Hub

.

You will l

ead our digital transformation

: AI strategy, internal tooling, systems architecture, innovation enablement.

You will

work across functions to turn complexity into clear, scalable systems

that drive real impact.

Minimum requirements:

B. degree or equivalent in Business, IT, Engineering, Marketing or Innovation.

At least 5 years exxperience in a digital transformation role.

Good understanding of the digital ecosystem, IT technologies, data analytics, and digital business modeling.
