Job Description


Project Management
?
Assisting and supporting the Digital Health programme director and manager
?
Co-ordinate and collate various programme and project schedules (project plans).
?
Preparing presentations as and when for the Digital Health programme office showing progress and value.
?
Tracking and communicating programme and project risks and opportunities.
?
Co-ordinating and assisting to ensure deadlines within the Digital Health programme are on track and met.
?
Organising and attending stakeholder meetings.
?
Providing administrative support in the form of note and minute taking xe2x80x93 following prescribed formats of the Digital Health programme office
?
Plan, organise, facilitate and support project meetings and workshops.
?
Creating and maintaining project schedules by developing project plans and specifications, estimating time and resources, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of the project lifecycle, providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, coordinating actions and resolving conflicts.
?
Supporting and co-ordinating required programme and specific project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UATplan)
Administration and support
?
Implement approved Digital Health programme and project administration standards and processes.
?
Ensure identified project registers are maintained and kept up to date.
?
Build appropriate SharePoint sites to help support the Digital Health programme office.
?
Create an effective project filling system, both hard and soft copy compatible.
?
Liaising with relevant governance structures regarding projects administration and documentation as well as management and control of records. xe2x80x93 minute taking where required for the Digital Health governance structure
?
As and when, if required to participate in the estimation and preparation of cost budgets for specified project
?
Prepare and report to the relevant governance structures through Highlight, end stage reports, and other relevant reports.

Minimum Required Qualifications and Experience
?Degree/tertiary qualification preferably in Project Management or Health Sciences

Desirable Required Qualifications and Experience
?Certificate/experience with Project Management, Programme Coordination
?Certificate/experience in digital health information technology/ computer science/project management preferably in a health care setting
?At least five yearsxe2x80x99 experience in project management
?Experience working with Department of Health, Digital Health Directorate
?Experience coordinating/working on DOH Health Information
?Strong organising and coordination skills
?Strong administrative supportskills
?Strong stakeholder communication experience
