Digital Customer Success Internship

Principal Accountabilities

  • Provide digital platform support and training throughout the whole pre- and post-sale customer success cycle for customers and internal teams
  • Perform administrative tasks of digital customer success team
  • Capturing and data management
Qualifications & Experience
  • Relevant degree or diploma in ICT/Digital solutions/Education
  • Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)/ Digital experience and ability to learn new digital programmes with ease
  • Customer service experience
  • Good written and verbal skills in English
  • South African citizen
  • Access to reliable transport
