As we grow our digital presence, we're looking for a creative and detail-driven individual to help manage our online store and digital marketing efforts.

Position Overview

We're looking for a proactive, tech-savvy individual to take ownership of our website product management and digital content. This role involves updating product listings, optimizing them for search, managing social media channels, and supporting marketing efforts through curated, engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce & Website Management

Upload and update products on the website (descriptions, images, pricing, specs). Manage product stock status to reflect accurate availability online. Optimize product pages for SEO to improve visibility and rankings. Monitor site content for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with current promotions.

Social Media & Content Creation

Plan, prepare, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions across channels. Monitor social performance and suggest strategies to increase engagement and reach. Curate and create photo, video, and written content to support product launches, campaigns, and promotions.

Marketing & Content Curation

Source and organize content (user-generated, supplier assets, etc.) for use across platforms. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute monthly campaigns. Assist in developing a consistent content calendar aligned with brand goals and seasonal promotions.

Requirements

Experience with WordPress/WooCommerce or other e-commerce platforms. Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, especially for e-commerce. Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later). Strong written English skills and attention to detail. Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools). Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once.

Bonus Skills

Passion for photography, videography, and electronics. Experience with Google Analytics or social media insights tools. Creative writing or copywriting skills. Photography or content creation (reels, short-form video, product photography).
