About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and creative Digital Campaign Co-ordinator to join a dynamic and fast-paced digital marketing environment based in Cape town CBD.
This role will support the digital team in co-ordinating and delivering campaign performance measures and key platform activitieson time, in full, and to the highest standard.
Please Note:
Our Digital Campaign Co-ordinator roles are very admin and project management intensive.
We do not work on social media. We are looking for candidates with strong workflow management, administrative skills, and retail media experience.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, co-ordinate, and execute digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver engaging, results-driven campaigns.
Manage the full campaign lifecyclefrom briefing and set-up to execution, reporting, and post-campaign analysis.
Liaise with third-party suppliers to ensure all deliverables are met.
Ensure brand consistency and an exceptional customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
Track campaign workflows, timelines, and budgets to ensure efficiency.
Identify opportunities for improvement to maximise campaign reach, revenue, and profitability.
Requirements
Relevant BA/BCom tertiary qualification or equivalent in a related field.
23 years experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing.
Proficiency in WordPress, Google Analytics, SEO, and social media platforms.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
Ability to analyse and present content and digital performance metrics.
"Can do" attitude, commercially minded, and able to work well under pressure.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:0017:00 or 07:0016:00.
