About the role:






We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Digital Associate to join our team. In this fast-paced operational role, you will ensure that our clients' online reputations are managed effectively and their social media presence is optimized. You will be working with our proprietary software to streamline and enhance their digital marketing efforts.



Please note: This role requires a unique type of creativity. While you won't be creating traditional content, you will be drafting review and social media response templates to perfectly match each brand's unique voice. It demands strong writing skills and the ability to adapt your tone for various brands.

Key Responsibilities:





Online Reputation Management - Draft and manage responses to customer reviews across multiple platforms. Template Development - Create and refine response templates for customer reviews and social media comments to streamline communication and maintain brand voice. AI Model Curation - Contribute to the development and refinement of our AI categorization and response models. Social and Digital Auditing - Conduct thorough audits of social media pages and other digital listings to ensure consistency, accuracy, and optimization. Reporting and Analysis - Generate and analyze reports on review data and listening management insights. Platform Management - Manage content for Google Posts and assist with ad-hoc tasks to support our services.



Skills & Competencies:




Attention to Detail: You have a strong eye for quality control, delivering error-free work and spotting inconsistencies. Time Management: You're proactive and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Communication: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Problem-Solving: You take ownership of your work and proactively identify and solve issues. Technical & Process Knowledge: You are familiar with task management tools and can follow structured processes. Familiarity with AI tools or support ticketing systems is a plus.



Requirements:





A minimum of one year's experience in digital marketing. Previous experience working with Google, Facebook, or TripAdvisor would be advantageous. Strong command of English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Remuneration:






Market-related salary based on skills and experience.
