Drive digital performance and shape online brand growth in a high-performance team. We seek a commercially astute Digital and eCommerce Specialist to develop and deliver digital strategies that elevate brand presence and optimise online revenue. Reporting to the Marketing Manager and General Manager, this role is both strategic and hands-on, involving full ownership of digital channels, campaign execution, and eCommerce operations. If you combine strong digital expertise with a flair for analytics and creativity, this role offers a high-impact opportunity within a premium brand environment.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications
- 35 years experience in a similar digital/eCommerce role
- eCommerce and social media platform management are essential
- Beauty industry and category management experience are advantageous
- Deep understanding of SEO, PPC, email, social media, and display advertising
- CRM and automation tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp)
- eCommerce and web analytics platforms
- CMS tools and ERP system familiarity
- Strong Microsoft Office and project management skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
- Creative eye with commercial sensibility
- A/B testing and analytics interpretation
- Experience with influencer and affiliate marketing
- Knowledge of the South African beauty and digital consumer landscape
- Background in loyalty and retention program implementation
