The Digital Marketing and eCommerce Specialist will assist in planning and executing online marketing initiatives and driving sales through various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing).
- Support eCommerce platform management including uploading content and managing product listings.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance and web traffic metrics.
- Assist in customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create marketing material.
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing and eCommerce trends.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Commerce, Communications, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or eCommerce.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email marketing tools, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, WooCommerce).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
