About the Role



We're looking for a hands-on Digital Ads Specialist to scale our paid media efforts across multiple education brands. You'll work closely with our experienced Google Ads manager to increase our advertising impact while taking ownership of our Meta advertising and exploring new channels like TikTok.

This role combines strategic thinking with execution excellence--you'll need to understand the "why" behind campaigns while being comfortable in the day-to-day mechanics of building, optimizing, and scaling them.

What You'll Do



Meta Advertising (Primary Focus)

Own day-to-day management of Meta ad accounts across multiple brands Plan and execute campaigns aligned with overall paid media strategy Stay current on Meta's evolving platform (including Andromeda) and translate new features into performance gains Scale monthly Meta spend from current levels toward $20k+ per brand Analyze performance data and implement optimizations independently
Google Ads Support

Handle campaign setup, bid management, audience creation, ad copy testing, and performance monitoring Take on operational tasks to free up strategic capacity for our ads manager Execute testing plans and document learnings Identify optimization opportunities and escalate strategic decisions appropriately
Testing & Performance Analysis

Design and execute structured A/B tests across campaigns, audiences, and creative variations Track test results systematically and report findings with clear recommendations Understand attribution models and their implications for campaign measurement Navigate multi-touch attribution challenges in our lead generation funnel Use Salesforce data to connect ad performance to downstream conversion metrics and customer quality
Channel Expansion

Collaborate with our ads manager to test and evaluate TikTok as a new channel Bring knowledge of TikTok advertising best practices (if you have it) or learn quickly Help determine product-channel fit through structured experimentation
Content & Creative Strategy

Understand creative intent and how different angles, hooks, and formats drive performance Evaluate which creative concepts work for different audience segments and campaign objectives Work with our creative team to brief ad requirements based on what's actually converting Provide detailed performance feedback to inform future creative direction Recognize when creative is the constraint vs. targeting, placement, or other factors

What You Bring



Required Experience

3+ years managing Meta ad accounts with monthly budgets of $20k+ Strong hands-on Google Ads experience across campaign types Track record of scaling profitable campaigns while maintaining or improving efficiency Deep understanding of Meta's auction dynamics, attribution models, and optimization strategies Familiarity with Meta's latest features and beta programs (Advantage+, Andromeda, etc.) Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and connecting ad data to sales outcomes Demonstrated ability to design tests, analyze results, and communicate findings clearly

Nice to Have

TikTok advertising experience Experience in education, course sales, or lead generation businesses Familiarity with multi-brand account structures

Reporting Structure



You'll report to Jonathan, our Chief Revenue Officer, and work day-to-day with our ads manager on strategy alignment and prioritization.

About Learning Online Group



We operate multiple education brands including Australian Beauty School, Omnia Tattoo Academy, and photography schools across Australia and Canada. We're scaling aggressively in 2026 and need someone who can grow with us.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R420000,00 - R650000,00 per year
