You lead a major client relationship end-to-end, steering strategy, delivery, operations, and team growth. Your value lies in combining the rigour of a seasoned account lead with a digital transformation mindset with an understanding of how digital, content systems, data, and emerging tools shape today's creative work.

Key responsibilities:Strategic Partnership & Integrated Thinking Provide senior counsel that blends brand, digital, and commercial thinking into clear recommendations. Hold the integrated view across disciplines: creative, strategy, content, social, influencer, production, data, media. Lead strategic conversations that simplify complexity and move clients toward better decision-making


Modern Delivery & OperationsOversee the full delivery ecosystem: campaigns, content, digital assets, commerce pages, always-on programs. Use modern operating principles: clarity, feedback loops, test-learn-optimise cycles, platform literacy. Elevate reporting into insight-driven decisioning; translate data into creative and commercial actions. Maintain strong governance around scopes, retainers, forecasting, and resourcing, while improving processes where needed.


Transformation Through PracticeIntroduce smarter ways of working that enhance speed, quality, and integration (content systems, workflow refinement, light automation, practical tooling). Champion platform-native creative thinking and digital craft across the team. Spot capability gaps early and help close them through coaching, collaboration, and operational adjustments. Bring curiosity about emerging technologies without overwhelming teams: practical, not performative.


Team Leadership & CultureMentor and develop the account team with a focus on autonomy, clarity, and modern craft. Create the conditions for calm, consistent delivery: clear roles, clear rituals, early issue detection. Model composure and firmness in high-pressure environments; build trust quickly with internal and external partners.


Person ProfileA seasoned GAD with strong fundamentals: relationship leadership, commercial discipline, integrated delivery, and operational strength. Digitally fluent. Understands how platforms, content systems, and data shape modern creative work, and uses that fluency to guide teams. Systems thinker who connects decisions upstream to outcomes downstream. Pragmatic moderniser: improves ways of working steadily rather than through grand declarations. Curious, proactive, composed, and confident in simplifying complex problems. Not defined by sector expertise; defined by the ability to elevate teams and modernise how value is created.
