Food Service Dietitian / Dietetics Support Specialist

to join our team and help elevate patient care through innovative menu design, nutritional analysis, and hands-on support across our sites.

What You'll Do:

As part of our dedicated operations team, you'll:

Engineer menus and compile recipe files tailored to therapeutic needs Conduct nutritional analysis and ensure portion control across units Monitor patient satisfaction and implement quality improvement plans Collaborate with clinical dietitians and Department of Health stakeholders Train kitchen staff on therapeutic menus and modified texture diets (IDDSI) Travel to various sites to provide dietetics support and guidance Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety standards

What We're Looking For:

A qualified dietitian or food service professional with experience in therapeutic nutrition Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety regulations Excellent communication and training skills Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and operational teams Willingness to travel and support multiple healthcare sites Passion for improving patient outcomes through food service innovation
