Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rustenburg.
Responsibilities for these roles include performing routine vehicle and equipment maintenance, conducting repairs on diesel engines, maintaining heavy equipment used in mining operations, diagnosing mechanical issues, and implementing preventive maintenance measures to ensure operational efficiency.
The Diesel Mechanic Foreman will also oversee the mechanic team and coordinate the scheduling of maintenance activities.
Qualifications- Strong experience in Diesel Mechanics and maintaining heavy equipment- Proficiency in Vehicle Maintenance and Equipment Maintenance tasks- Ability to perform and manage Preventive Maintenance effectively- Knowledge of Yellow Machinery and practical experience in mining or similar industries- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve mechanical issues- Leadership and team management skills for the Diesel Mechanic Foreman role- Relevant technical certifications or qualifications in Diesel Mechanics or Heavy Equipment Maintenance (Red Seal)

Pay: R25000,00 - R60000,00 per month
