Objectives of the role:
We are looking for an organised and highly motivated individual to fill a post for dialler support. Dialler Support will assist the dialler manager and Nutun CX campaigns ensuring that they have the required support to be able to make and receive calls to our client's satisfaction meeting the required SLA's as set out by our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing, maintaining and managing dialling lists with the relevant campaigns
  • Real time monitoring of the campaigns / Overseeing performance, such as monitoring dropped calls
  • Assisting with Data loads
  • Assisting IT in resolving connectivity issues to our dialler platforms / Assisting with troubleshooting
  • Logging of tickets to our dialler partners
  • User administration on our dialler platforms
  • Carry out necessary reporting
  • Work with third-party integrations
  • Outline, monitor and implement strategies to enhance performance
  • Monitor compliance in line with UK GDPR regulations
Job Requirements:
  • Relevant experience administering telephony systems within a BPO environment
  • Must have prior knowledge of ConnexOne Dialling platform
  • Minimal of 1 year experience with Diallers and Telephony
  • Ability to work well within a team, to achieve the best possible outcome
  • SQL knowledge preferrable
  • Expert level Excel skills
  • Expert level PowerPoint skills preferrable
  • Matric Essential
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Applications, such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work occasional Weekends
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • High levels of accuracy
  • Ability to communicate efficiently - across the business
  • Must be employed with the company for more than a year
  • No Current warning
  • Own transport is essential
  • Strong attention to detail and an analytical approach to tasks
  • Able to work AUS/USA hours
  • Own vehicle / transportation
  • Must be willing to travel between Nutun CX Umhlanga and Nutun CX Kingsmead sites based on staffing requirements
