To achieve this, we're looking for a

DevOps Engineer

to own and evolve the cloud infrastructure that allows us to spin up

secure, isolated instances of the same NestJS codebase -- on demand, in minutes.

Your Mission

Design, provision, and maintain a

multi?tenant AWS infrastructure

using

Infrastructure as Code (Terraform?first)

principles. Build and operate a

monorepo deployment strategy

with

GitHub Actions

, enabling repeatable, zero?touch deployments across environments. Architect and refine

container?based deployment patterns

using

Docker with Amazon EKS/ECS (Fargate)

to launch new partner backends, databases, and CI/CD pipelines with a single command. Implement and monitor

CI/CD pipelines

using

GitHub Actions, Jenkins

, and AWS-native tooling where appropriate. Configure and operate

Nginx as a reverse proxy and load balancer

for internal and external services. Manage

IAM roles, VPCs, security groups, secrets, and encryption

aligned with

GDPR and telco?grade security standards

. Operate and optimize

AWS services

including

CodeArtifact, Cognito, SES

, and third?party services like

Mailgun

. Automate

backups, blue?green and canary deployments, disaster recovery runbooks

, and performance dashboards. Partner closely with backend and mobile teams to

optimize NestJS APIs

, improve observability, and ensure system reliability. Drive observability using

OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana

, or equivalent tooling. Contribute to architecture decisions (event?driven vs REST, serverless vs containers) as we scale toward

billions of daily API calls

. Mentor junior engineers and promote

DevSecOps best practices

and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

Must?Have

3+ years

operating production workloads on

AWS

(VPC, ECS/EKS, Fargate, EC2, RDS/Aurora, S3, CloudFront, WAF).

Strong Infrastructure as Code experience

(Terraform required; CDK/Pulumi a plus).

Kubernetes experience is mandatory

(EKS); strong ECS experience also required. Containerization expertise with

Docker

, image registries, and runtime security. CI/CD automation experience with

GitHub Actions and/or Jenkins

. Experience with

monorepo deployment strategies

. Solid understanding of

Nginx

as a reverse proxy and load balancer. Hands?on experience managing

AWS Cognito, SES, CodeArtifact

, and similar services. Strong scripting skills in

TypeScript, Bash, Python, or Go

. Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice?to?Have

Experience building or operating

multi?tenant white?label SaaS platforms

. Familiarity with

NestJS internals

(TypeScript); backend experience is a strong plus. Knowledge of

React / React Native

deployment pipelines. Experience with

GraphQL, TypeORM, or Prisma

. Kubernetes packaging tools:

Helm, Kustomize, or Crossplane

. Monitoring and alerting with

Datadog, New Relic

, or similar. Secrets management with

AWS Secrets Manager or HashiCorp Vault

. Experience in

telco or IoT environments

(SS7, Diameter, eSIM RSP). Exposure to

ISO 27001 / SOC 2

compliance processes.
