Software Support Specialist (Stellenbosch, Western Cape)

Your key responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2-3 technical support, managing incidents via Jira, Datadog, and alert systems.
- Work with third-party providers and the Core Development Team to resolve issues.
- Write and update SQL scripts and stored procedures.
- Log defects, assist with system upgrades, and support internal platform enhancements.
- Develop solutions based on user requirements, following best practices.
- Write clean, scalable code, and perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain version control, documentation, and ensure SLA compliance.
- Monitor system performance, conduct routine DB maintenance, and document key procedures.
- Degree in Information Technology, relater or other
- Tech Stack: C#, SQL, Jira (more tech stack is advantageous)
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Hands-on experience with incident management tools
- Solid analytical and debugging skill
