Triage and resolve complex incidents (Level 2-3) using Jira, Datadog, and internal alert systems
Partner with developers and third-party teams to roll out fixes and enhancements

This is what you need to land an interview?
A degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
3-5 years of hands-on tech support / development experience
Skills in C#, SQL, Jira, and incident management tools
Sharp analytical thinking and a knack for debugging complex systems
