Bachelors degree in computer science or related field required
5 years Desktop support experience
Own, reliable vehicle
Good communicator as there are several stakeholders to engage with (onsite store store, Team Leader, IT vendor, IT team)
Excellent troubleshooting Must have worked on at least two mobile platforms: Android, iOS and/or Windows Phone
Strong technical skills with hands-on experience configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing and testing software applicationsxefxbbxbf
Responsibilities:
Perform asset audit and stock count
Troubleshoot computer issues related to printing of store and credit cards
Diagnose issues related to signature pads
Assists and communicates with customers regarding issues related to their computer or network equipment
Provides technical support, diagnosis, and repair for computers, office equipment, printers, and electronic storage devices
Fix and solves problems with computers running Microsoft Windows XP/Vista/7 operating systems, including support for Internet Explorer, Outlook Express, Windows Mail, various applications, software, drivers, and system settings
May troubleshoot, install, and configure software on workstations, such as Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Quicken, and other popular programs
