PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a helpful, approachable attitude
Provide timely resolutions of system and/or application problems and follow through to completion
Perform new user setups, including account creation, systems prep, and software installation
Offboard users by disabling accounts, reclaiming hardware, and updating documentation
Support basic desktop issues (printers, monitors, peripherals, email, etc.)
Assist with inventory tracking and hardware returns when needed
Assist in managing day-to-day IT initiatives
SECONDARY OBJECTIVES
Document daily work through ConnectWise ticketing system
Support and assist assigned desk engineer on tickets and calls
Assist in documentation and training to enhance client experience
Maintain and update internal documentation and knowledge base articles
Ensure all work is logged accurately in the ticketing system
Perform other duties as assigned
COMPETENCIES
Experience in Desktop and user support
Proficiency in Active Directory
Networking concepts
Must have excellent technical ability
Experienced in FIT Solutions minimum skill set
Customer-oriented, solid business acumen, and excellent communication skills
Proven track record of performance against goals year over year

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Windows Desktop and Server, Mac OSX support
Microsoft 365 Administration
Cloud Solutions (Azure, AWS)
Certifications preferred: A+, Network+ (recent certification or recertification)
Ability to work independently
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of IT best practices and ability to use best judgement to service clients' needs
Adaptability in various business cultures and environments
Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing, with all levels of internal and external professionals, especially professionals with non-technical understanding
