We're Hiring! Depot Controller

We are a fast-paced and growing car rental company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Depot Controller to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in an organised environment, enjoy responsibility, and want to grow within the company, this might be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the depot, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency. Checking vehicles in and out. Planning deliveries for the day, ensuring they are ready to go out on rental. Monitor the movement of vehicles in and out of the depot. Ensure all vehicles are clean, roadworthy, and ready for rental. Manage stock levels of consumables, equipment, and vehicle supplies. Complete accurate record-keeping, reporting, and administration. Supervise drivers, cleaners, and other depot staff. Assist with vehicle check-ins, inspections, and damage reports. Uphold company standards of safety, cleanliness, and organisation.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role (fleet, depot, warehouse, or logistics). Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to lead and motivate a small team. Computer literacy (basic MS Office / fleet management systems). Valid driver's licence. Reliable, punctual, and professional.
