Job Description

A well-established Dental Practice in Ixopo, KwaZulu-Natal is seeking a dedicated and patient-oriented HPCSA-Registered Dental Assistant to join their team. Note that Ixopo is 1 hour 45 minutes from Durban and 1 hour 10 minutes from Pietermaritzburg. The ideal starting date is in June 2025, but sooner if possible. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of private practice experience and hold a higher certificate in Dental Assisting.
The role requires someone who is computer literate, quick to adapt, and committed to continuous learning. The successful candidate must be a people person, capable of building strong relationships with both patients and staff, and willing to work within their professional scope while pursuing further education and training. This is a long-term position, perfect for someone looking to grow and advance in their career. A good work ethic, being a team player, and an accommodating attitude are essential.
Salary on offer: Starting with R8000 per month (depending on experience)
Working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30 & Saturdays 08:30 - 13:30
