Description

• Support the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations across all F&B outlets--restaurants, bars, banqueting, and room service.
• Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing service team to deliver excellence in guest engagement and satisfaction.
• Assist with menu planning in collaboration with culinary leadership, focusing on quality, consistency, and innovation.
• Manage inventory control, supplier coordination, cost analysis, and budgeting to drive profitability.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards in every F&B area.
• Monitor guest feedback and operational metrics to continuously elevate service standards and team performance.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years in an F&B supervisory or assistant management role within a 4- or 5-star hotel or luxury boutique property.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to develop, motivate, and manage staff in a high-pressure hospitality environment.
• Financial Acumen: Skilled in cost control, budgeting, and stock management.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Education: A qualification in Hospitality Management is preferred--but strong operational experience will also be considered.
• Software: Familiarity with industry-standard systems like Opera, Micros, or similar hotel F&B software.
