Job Description
Hoghouse is a Cafxc3xa9 + Bakery, BBQ Smokehouse and Craft Brewery. We are looking for someone who is passionate about making high quality food, enjoys team work, has an aptitude for detail, demonstrates a degree of initiative, the ability to self manage and problem solve. REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Culinary Arts
- 2 yearxe2x80x99s experience in fine dining restaurant or similar establishment
- Neatly groomed presentation and workplace organisation
- Fluent english language skills
- Must be available for in person interview on site
- Assist the Head Chef with manufacture of deli products and restaurant prep.
- All round section competence prepping, cooking and presenting dishes, managing waste and food hygiene standards.
- Assist Head Chef with dish development.
- Communicate with staff and guests in open kitchen areas with ease and confidence.
- Able to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays
Start Date: immediate
