The main purpose of a Demand Manager is to effectively predict, manage, and fulfill the demand for products or services within the company. This role involves analyzing market trends, historical data, and various influencing factors to develop accurate forecasts of future demand.
The successful incumbent will report to the Head of Planning and will be responsible for Forecasting, Inventory Optimization, Demand Planning, Variance Analysis, Market Intelligence (Trends and Analysis), Continuous Improvement, New Product Introductions, Propose and Implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy; Develop effective Forecast Models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- B.Com Degree in Logistics Management
- Minimum 4- 6 yearsxe2x80x99 experience within the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing or FMCG industry
- SAP experience non-negotiable
