Our Pharmaceutical client is looking for a Demand Manager who can act as a strategic business partner with vast knowledge of the business, products and industry trends. You will be a great candidate if you are passionate about leveraging digital technologies to perform thorough data analysis and partnering with commercial teams to drive upside revenue opportunities and innovative and patient-centric solutions. As a Demand Manager for this multinational, you will be expected to manage cross-functional teams, proactive problem identification and resolution, issue escalation to global teams, and effective communication and management of cases and recovery plans to key stakeholders.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Demand forecast for assigned portfolio across multiple time horizons
- Lead local S&OP process with cross-functional team participation to ensure mutual accountability, visibility, and alignment on critical decisions to ensure supply continuity
- Leverage digital technologies to gather new insights from data and partner with stakeholders to identify/drive upside revenue opportunities and innovative and patient/customer-centric solutions.
- Monitor performance against KPIs
- Influence commercial decision-making through a deep understanding of the portfolio, business, and industry trends to provide key insights and create value for company
