Our client is a fast-growing B2B company in the Fintech/SaaS space. They are seeking a proactive and execution-oriented marketing professional to join their team and help align their Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product functions to drive growth.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a results-driven Demand Gen Manager to support our client's go-to-market execution. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for building sales collateral, supporting multi-channel campaigns, managing event logistics, and partnering with RevOps to review data and optimize performance.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and highly organized marketing professional with 2+ years of experience who is excited to play a pivotal role in cross-functional communication, execution, and data-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Execution & Sales Enablement:
Develop and maintain essential sales collateral, including one-pagers, case studies, and other campaign assets.
Assist in the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, industry outlets, and email.
Event Logistics & Management:
Manage all event planning and logistics, including shipping, ordering materials, and handling all related communications.
Ensure events are properly resourced with the necessary collateral and supplies to be successful.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Act as a key liaison between Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure consistent communication and alignment.
Maintain a marketing and launch calendar to keep all teams coordinated on upcoming initiatives.
Data, Analytics & Reporting:
Track key marketing KPIs and analyze performance data to provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
Partner with the RevOps team to manage HubSpot data, workflows, dashboards, and reporting, ensuring high data hygiene within the CRM.
What You Bring
2-4 years of marketing experience, with a preference for a background in Fintech or B2B SaaS.
A strong interest in and knowledge of financial technology products, services, and market dynamics.
Proven skills in digital marketing, content marketing, and multi-channel campaign execution.
An analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
Exceptional organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating effectively across internal teams.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, G Suite, and various analytics platforms.
