to lead and drive projects focused onMicrosoft Modern Workplace solutions
. If you have a strong background in project management, business analysis, and Microsoft 365 technologies, this role offers the opportunity to deliver high-impact solutions that transform the way our clients work.Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
Lead end-to-end delivery of Modern Workplace projects, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and resources are effectively managed.Requirements Analysis:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, translating business needs into clear technical solutions.Modern Workplace Expertise:
Apply deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and related technologies to design and deliver solutions that drive collaboration and productivity.Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
Build strong relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring alignment to business goals and smooth project execution.Quality Assurance:
Oversee testing, validation, and best practice standards to ensure solutions are robust and reliable.Training & Adoption:
Develop and deliver user training programs to maximise adoption and drive long-term value.Qualifications & Skills
Relevant certification in
Project Management and/or Business Analysis
. Minimum of5 years' experience
in project management and business analysis. Proven expertise inMicrosoft Modern Workplace technologies
(Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience withAgile methodologies
and familiarity withchange management principles
. * Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving technology trends.
