Job Description
Key Requirements
- 3+ years experience in logistics, food delivery, e-commerce, or a related operations role.
- Solid understanding of delivery tech platforms and apps (Mr D, Uber Eats, Takealot, etc.)
- Strong communication and coordination skills -- must love spinning plates!
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make quick, smart decisions.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, delivery dashboards, and POS/inventory systems.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage tight turnarounds, and keep your cool.
- Own transport a plus for site visits and shift-based availability.
- Experience in restaurant or food tech operations.
- Background in last-mile logistics.
- Familiarity with route planning tools or delivery management software.
- Flair for problem-solving and streamlining chaotic environments.
