PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

To perform the overall operations within the Cold Meat Counter department by implementing the required standards and providing excellent customer service for the profitability of the Deli.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

Must have at least 3 years' experience working in a Deli environment in a similar role Knowledge and skills required to provide excellent customer services

KEY ACOUNTABILITIES:

Prepare and timeously present all specialities and display in an attractive manner. Keep the display fridges, store rooms and cold-rooms in an orderly manner on a daily basis Check the price change register to confirm whether prices have not changed. Render a speedy and effective service to customers as required by operations. Gain continuous knowledge of products. Maintain housekeeping and food safety standards. Attend stock takes as scheduled
