Job Summary

My client is recruiting for a Deceased Estates Administrator with proven experience.

Minimum requirements:

  • Matric
  • Legal Secretary / Paralegal qualification will be an advantage
  • Minimum 4 years working experience of deceased estate administration
  • Experience in invoicing
Skills required:
  • Ability to work independently
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong drafting skills
  • Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
Duties will include:
  • Deceased estate administration (from opening file to closing off the matter)
  • Taking ownership of the transaction from beginning to end, which includes final accounts
