Job Description
TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Debtors clerk within the Financial Services Division at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.
Responsibilities and Duties
Compile and submit credit proposals received from branches Manage collection process of delinquent accounts Review customer accounts on a regular basis to maintain an appropriate level of credit risk Follow company policies and procedures Maintain appropriate documents and other information in the customer credit files Other projects and responsibilities as assigned Reconciliation of debtor's accounts
Qualifications and Skills
Matric / Grade 12 Degree / Diploma in Accounting (advantageous) Computer literate in Excel and Word Ability to communicate to clients with confidence Bilingual (English & Afrikaans) Team player with exceptional customer service and telephone etiquette Ability to work under pressure
