Berea Group of Colleges, a leader in private higher education, is seeking dedicated and professional
Debtors Agents
to join our Finance team.Key Responsibilities:
Contacting students/clients regarding outstanding accounts Managing and following up on payment arrangements Maintaining accurate records of collections Meeting monthly collection targets
Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills Previous debt collection or credit control experience (advantageous) Target-driven and self-motivated Must be based in or around Chatsworth
