Job Description
Job Title: Debtors Clerk Join our client as a Debtors Clerk with 4-6 years of experience the full debtors function in the Western Cape region.
Seniority Level: Mid Career (4-6 yrs exp)
Location: CPT - Northern Suburbs
Type: Permanent
Duties and Responsibilities: Reconcile accounts
Allocate payments correctly
Issue statements to customers
Manage collections efficiently
Work with Chain Stores and Independent Retailers
Handle opening of accounts and vetting of new customers
Matric essential
Certificate or diploma advantages
Sectors: Accounting / Auditing
Functions: Debtors / Accounts Receivable
Qualification Types: Certificates / Certification
Skills: Strong skills in recons, allocating payments, issuing statements, collections, experience with Chain Stores and Independent Retailers, proficiency in opening accounts and vetting new customers.
Reporting To: Manager
