Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a

Debt Review Lead Generator or Closer

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing potential clients in financial distress, qualifying their eligibility for debt review, and converting them into paying clients through professional consultation and closing techniques.

Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation

Identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, referrals, and inbound leads. Qualify leads based on financial need, debt level, and ability to benefit from debt review. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead data. Schedule follow-ups and nurture leads through the sales funnel. Work with marketing to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

Closing / Sales

Engage with qualified leads to assess their financial situation in detail. Clearly explain the debt review process, legal implications, and benefits. Overcome objections and build trust with prospective clients. Guide clients through the application and documentation process. Meet or exceed monthly conversion and sales targets. Ensure compliance with the National Credit Regulator (NCR) and all industry regulations.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in

. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Knowledge of the National Credit Act and debt review process. Computer literacy and experience with CRM systems. High level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with distressed clients.
