Debt Review Sales AgentRole Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Debt Review Sales Agents located in Goodwood.
The Debt Review Sales Agents will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their financial situations, providing guidance on debt review processes, and assisting clients in completing necessary documentation. Additional responsibilities include following up with clients, ensuring that they understand all aspects of the services offered, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Contact potential clients via phone, email or messaging platforms.
Educate clients on benefits and legal protections of debt review process.
Conduct pre-assessments to determine debt review eligibility.
Maintain accurate records of client and interactions and leads.
Meeting weekly targets.
collaborate with debt counsellor and admin staff.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Sales and Insurance knowledge (Debt review experience preferred)
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
