Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
LLB-qualified attorney with at least 2 years of post-admission experience, or Paralegal with 5+ years of proven experience in debt collection In-depth knowledge of debt collection procedures, including court processes Strong drafting skills, especially in pleadings related to debt recovery Familiarity with both Magistrates' and High Court rules Ability to manage collections files independently and professionally Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PDF handling, and general admin tasks Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision
