What You'll Do

In this pivotal role, you'll be the key to helping individuals find their way out of debt. Using a variety of communication channels--phone, SMS, WhatsApp, and email--you'll engage with debtors in a respectful, "Adult to Adult" manner. Your primary goal is to

skillfully negotiate manageable payment plans

and implement effective solutions that empower people to resolve their financial obligations.

Tech-savvy:

Proficient with collections software and general computer systems.

A Master Negotiator:

Equipped with strong business acumen and exceptional communication skills to profile and engage customers effectively.

Highly organized with an unwavering focus on accuracy.

Resilient:

Proven in conflict management and dispute resolution, capable of maintaining a

98% call quality adherence

and thriving under pressure.

Goal-Driven:

A results-oriented professional with a passion for achieving targets, excellent time management, and the resilience to overcome challenges.

Self-Led:

Disciplined, proactive, and a natural at inspiring those around you.
Must-Haves

A Grade 12 certificate. At least

1 year of debt collections experience

. A solid understanding of the

Debt Collectors Act

and

POPI compliance

.

Debt Council registration

is a significant advantage.

Basic Salary:

R5500

Guaranteed Monthly Incentives:
