The Dealer Relationship Manager works towards achieving the organisational goals by calling on Motor Dealers and Financial Institutions to maintain and grow existing sales volumes within the VAP's division.
Duties/Responsibilities:
To market Credit Life, Adcover, Renewtech, Warranties and Service and Maintenance Plans to existing and new corporate clients
To achieve monthly set targets and penetrate the market for new business
To maintain a continuous professional relationship with existing and new corporate clients
Client training and capability building
Client performance management and reporting
Client compliance, risk and quality assurance
Customer experience support
On-going training of products and benefits
Represent M-Sure at various functions and launches
Provide market intelligence monthly
Qualification and Experience:
Matric
Certificate in Sales and Marketing (advantageous)
Minimum of 2 -3 years of sales experience in short-term insurance.
Understanding of the Financial Advisory & Intermediary Act of Fit & Proper requirements
Computer knowledge: MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Skills and Attributes required:
Valid Driver's licence
Must have good time management
Diary management
Requires excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and adaptability
Good administration skills for reporting and budget control
Always present a professional image
Deliver professional and marketable presentation skills
