We are currently recruiting for a meticulous Data Capturer to join our team based in Sandton, Johannesburg. The Data Capturer for Dealer Referral is responsible for managing communication through various channels, including inbound calls, emails, and other forms of contact from the Dealer Network team. This role involves capturing leads, addressing queries, and ensuring effective resolution within specified timeframes. Qualifications
Matric Certificate or Equivalent NQF Level 4 Qualification.
A Higher Certificate in Customer Service or Contact Centre, or a related field (Equivalent NQF Level 5) (preferred)
National Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Business Administration or a related field (Equivalent NQF Level 6) (preferred)
Knowledge and Experience
At least one year of experience in a customer service role within a call centre environment.
Minimum of one year of experience in an administrative role
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, at an intermediate level
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Strong problem-solving and query resolution abilities
Effective communication skills
Strong problem-solving / query resolution background
Excellent business writing skills (advantageous)
Responsibilities
Handle all communication channels, including inbound calls, emails, and other forms of contact from the Dealer Network team.
Capture leads accurately and address queries promptly, ensuring effective resolution within a specified timeframe.
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
Highlight any irregularities identified that may adversely affect the sales process.
Capture and allocate leads within the specified Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Provide and adhere to strict turnaround times.
Build and manage collaborative and cooperative relationships with stakeholders within the Innovation Group.
Communicate professionally with both internal and external clients.
Ask appropriate questions to gather all necessary facts.
Accurately capture information in the system.
Coordinate with internal contacts to ensure quick resolution of queries.
Provide feedback on resolutions to all relevant parties.
Promptly acknowledge and respond to email queries.
Follow the Company Code of Business Ethics and Conduct and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, identifying risks and escalating to the line manager where relevant.
Uphold the company's non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements, including compliance with relevant legislation.
Create and foster a culture of ownership and accountability throughout the organization, aligning with our core values.
Assist with ad hoc duties assigned as needed.
