Job Responsibilities
Monitor and execute all loan activities as per legal agreements, utilizing systems like Loan IQ and adhering to internal processes.
Cultivate and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (clients, credit, finance, legal, BU, IB Ops, lenders, Distribution) by ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Accurately account for transaction activities in the sub-ledger and maintain high-quality data for timely and accurate management information.
Effectively manage collateral/security for transactions.
Comprehend and adhere to departmental processes.
Manage and resolve operational loss events efficiently, proactively communicating and addressing these incidents.
Maintain organized team and personal mailboxes, filing correspondence as per established protocols.
Essential Qualifications - NQF Level Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
Preferred Qualification Bachelor of Commerce: Business Administration, Bachelor of Commerce: Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce: Financial Management, Bachelor of Commerce: Taxation, Bachelor of Commerce: Law
Minimum Experience Level
2-3 years relevant financial experience in Merchant/Corporate banking.
